Wrowr Grrr Arggg...(random string of letters)

Nice title, eh? My brain is dull and I couldn't come up with anything better, so it is what it is - which isn't much.

I'm still in a I-don't-want-to-deal-with-the-internet mood lately, which means emails and Zero Readership, amongst other things, have been receiving significanly less attention.

I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. From where do these moods derive?

On the one hand, my life has become pretty busy and I find I don't have enough time to accomplish everything I would like to/should on most days. When all is said and done, I feel good about my days, and things are going well for me lately, I'm feeling a stream of almost constant positive energy that I haven't experienced for, well, years and years. There have been a lot of small, positive changes in my life over the last month or so (I attribute most of it to Super-Happy-Fun Week, of course), and the negatives are minimal.

On the other had, I enjoy the internet as a multi-faceted tool - reasearch, humour, connection with people, writing etc. Which leads me to wonder why I'm actively avoiding turning on my computer lately. I don't believe it's entirely to do with lack of time or energy.

Perhaps I'm deficient in some necessary element or nutrient that provides the impetus for this kind of activity? What's wrong with my diet? Should I be eating more dirt? Tree bark? Weetabix?

I think the answer is raw meat. I need more raw meat in my diet.

Phone Call

OK, yes I did call her, when I said I would, and the answering machine picked up. I left a message.

I was busy all the next day - yesterday in fact - but she did call and leave a message for me, saying something about being unconscious and calling her later in the week if I wanted to do something.

It's all very exciting, isn't it?

I'm very busy all this weekend, so I will talk with her again sometime next week, and we'll see how it all is...

Next Topic

I've decided to write my intention for my next post, perhaps from now on, since when I'm writing I come up with all kinds of ideas but don't have the time or space for, but when I'm thinking about what I should write here, I often have to scrub my brain very vigorously for something...unless something I consider funny or exciting has recently happened in my life.

So, my next topic will be: "Gay Men, Real Men - What the Heck is this Man thing Anyway? A Man's Perspective." Intrigued, arn't you?
